Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the details below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

6–12 business days

Most orders arrive within 8 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Postal carrier delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Regional delivery disruptions

Carrier-related delays are outside of our control.


3. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using a tracked shipping service.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier’s system.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information regularly.


4. Customs & Import Charges

Depending on your location, customs procedures may apply.

Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery
  • We are not responsible for lost shipments
  • Reshipping fees may apply

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.


6. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, please:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Check safe delivery locations
  • Contact your local postal service

Carrier confirmation of delivery is considered proof of fulfillment.


7. Shipping Delays

We understand delays can be frustrating.

However, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders in transit cannot be refunded solely due to carrier delays.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.


8. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation, we will:

  • Offer a replacement

OR

  • Issue a refund

Carrier investigation timelines may apply before resolution.
