Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return conditions carefully before submitting a request.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be physically received by you
  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photo evidence showing:

  • The issue
  • The full product
  • The packaging

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes:

  • International shipping fees
  • Customs duties
  • Import charges
  • Carrier handling fees

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds cover the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking confirms that the order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors
  • Checking safe delivery locations
  • Contacting your local postal service

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.


6. Multiple Sizes & Excessive Returns

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning most items is discouraged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit refunds in cases of excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return behavior.


7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 14 business days after inspection
  • Banks and card providers may require additional processing time

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be refused.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse

9. Important Notes

  • We do not offer cash on delivery (COD)
  • Returns must be approved before shipping
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time
